In 24 hours I’ll be turning 24. I’ve been out of teacher’s college for one year and have yet to get onto a supply list. This has been a difficult year; quite a transition you could say. Being a student for 19 years and than working at Starbucks with $50 000 of education under my belt has been hard to grasp. In 24 hours when I turn 24, I’ll be sitting around with friends, many of whom are in the same position as me. I’m looking forward to a mindless evening where we forget all about our first world woes and have a few overpriced beverages.
